Nocturne is a dark-coloured balsamic vinegar with a rich, dense and bold flavour, aromas of malted barley, spice, caramel and a distinct floral overtone. Made from buckwheat honey harvested by the bees of Miel Gardner, on an organically-farmed field, in Sainte-Hélène de Chester.
