Wine Vinegar Ciel – Pinard & filles Collaboration
Ciel is made from oxidative Frontenac Blanc grapes from the 2021 vintage, vinified by Pinard & Filles and transformed into wine vinegar by us, with the utmost transparency to preserve its original qualities. After an additional 18 months of aging, we are quite confident in saying that it is undoubtedly one of the best white wine vinegars in the world!

Features of this vinegar
It was in the summer of 2012 that we began developing our first Quebec vinegars. Our initial trials, however, were conducted using leftover wine from bottles, as Jean-François was working as a wine representative for Rézin at the time.
This vinegar is made from 2021 Frontenac Blanc oxidative grapes produced by Pinard & Filles.
A vinegar with powerful and persistent aromas of yellow apples, hazelnuts, fresh butter and sweet spices (saffron, curry).

White Frontenac.
Unfiltered, unpasteurized, contains no preservatives. Contains sediments. Crafted in Quebec, from locally-sourced ingredients
