Features of this vinegar
It was in the summer of 2012 that we began developing our first Quebec-made vinegars.
The plums used to make this vinegar were harvested from a small, family-run organic orchard, cultivated with respect for nature, on the banks of the St. Lawrence River in Saint-Michel-de-Bellechasse.
