Features
Les Voiles is maple balsamic vinegar slowly aged in bourbon casks. Rich, complex and with a balanced sweetness, it can be used in many different ways. On fresh oysters, it enhances their iodine flavour and diminishes their saltiness. We craft this cuvée with organic maple syrup from Les Délices du Domaine, a family farm located only a few kilometres away from our property.

Maple vinegar, organic maple syrup. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, contains no preservatives. Contains sediments.
