Rich, dense and flavourful, this balsamic vinegar is made of many small fruits typically grown in our northern climate and carefully selected honeys.

Pleiades is a blend of many small cold-climate fruits, some of which are wildcrafted or organically grown.
This is a densely fruity and aromatic vinegar that can easily replace any classic balsamic Italian vinegar in most recipes. We especially enjoy it on ripe tomatoes with some salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil or on grilled bell peppers and zucchinis, as well as in yogurt mixed with field berries and granola.
